6. Drink water
Water is a good choice for quenching thirst because it doesn’t contain sugar or starch while cleansing teeth and mouth by washing away food particles and bacteria.

7. Set a good example
Children learn quickly by watching the adults in their lives. If you want your child to brush and floss their teeth regularly, doing the same is essential.
