Dr. Shams Tabrez, the visionary behind Crossroads Dental Clinics Group, left home at the tender age of 9, to pursue his schooling way back in 1989. Little did he know that years later he would go on to become an exemplary dentist that he is today. He resided in different parts of India in pursuit of education, and later on went to IP Pavlov Medical University, which is one of the most prestigious university in Eastern Europe. Here he pursued his master’s degree in orthodontics and lived amongst 75 nationalities for 3 years. Upon completion of his education he worked in Kanashiva Hospital, Ryazan, RUSSIA, Fortis Hospital, Jaipur Golden Hospital, Paras Hospital, New Delhi, India, Basma dental clinic, Kuwait, Dubai, and then, he gave way to his vision and founded Crossroads Dental Clinic in 2014. His experiences with different kinds of people and interacting with various cultures allows him to understand the needs and expectations of his patients and helps him to continually serve them better.

A prodigy who has grown up in the UAE since 1982, she has witnessed the country evolve and progress tremendously over the years and is well-acquainted with the UAE’s culture and its people. For her, the UAE has always been her first home.
In 1999, she moved to India to pursue her Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery. Soon after, she joined the reputed Indraprastha Apollo Hospital in New Delhi, India. She practiced there for five years under the guidance of senior specialists who mentored her skills and built her confidence in handling complications and difficult cases.
After gaining extensive experience, she returned to the UAE to serve her own people and the community she grew up in. Initially, she practiced in Sharjah at a renowned dental clinic group for five years. During this time, she not only practiced dentistry but also stayed updated with the latest advancements and technologies in the field.
With over 18 years of experience in India and the UAE, Dr. Sajida Farhat holds a Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery (affiliated with the Indian Dental Council) and is a Certified Invisalign Provider. She also holds a Mastership in Modern Aesthetic Dentistry, reflecting her commitment to staying at the forefront of dental care.
In 2014, Dr. Sajida Farhat, along with her husband, Dr. Shams Tabrez Ahamed Siddiqui, launched Crossroads Dental Clinic. Since then, they have been offering state-of-the-art dental care with efficiency, compassion, dedication, and sincerity.

He worked as a Consultant Endodontist (2015–2022) at prominent Mumbai clinics including Denteus – The Specialist Hub, Dr. N.G. Mehta Dental Clinic, and Surbhi Dental Care. From 2022–2023, he was a Senior Consultant at Clove Dental, managing complex cases across 14 branches in New Delhi, and also served as a mentor for the Endodontic Fellowship Program in collaboration with Medversity.
Dr. Shashank has also mentored Rotary Endodontic and Advanced Re-treatment Workshops at 32 Smiles Dental Clinic, Mumbai.
